Simply call in to one of our friendly showrooms and one of our trained staff will review all the available options with you in terms of models and optional extras so that we can work with you to get you the exact hot tub and accessories to suit you, your needs and your budget.

Just call us on 0845 643 A SPA (0845 643 2772) to arrange for an at home visit where our friendly and trained representative will go through your requirements with you in the comfort of your home.

If you are paying for your hot tub directly we require a 10% deposit with order and the balance to be cleared to our account a few days prior to the agreed delivery date for your new hot tub."

If you are financing your hot tub your finance will be approved with your order.

We will then visit your site to ensure the placement for your tub is appropriate and advise you of the required electrical requirements. We can recommend an electrician if you don’t already have one.

We will also assess access and advise on any special delivery requirements to get your hot tub to your chosen location.

We will confirm the delivery date with you once your electrical supply is established.

While you are waiting for your tub we will offer you to come in to our friendly showroom at a time to suit you, for a “spa school” when one of our trained staff will show you how to test your spa water and review the water maintenance requirements for your spa.

On delivery day your tub will be delivered, connected to the electrical supply, filled from your garden hose and tested by our authorised technician(s). Depending on the size and model of hot tub it may take up to 6 hours to fill. Expect it to take up to 12 hours to heat in very cold conditions.

Following installation we will call you in a few days to ensure you are perfectly happy with your purchase.

We will contact you periodically to ensure you have no on-going concerns and are comfortable at all times with water care for your tub.
