No, you simply fill it from your garden hose.

Most hot tubs require a 32amp supply, some of our smaller hot tubs will run on a 13 amp supply, we will advise you of the requirements for your particular hot tub. |

Do you conduct an at-home site inspection for hot tub placement? |

Yes, at your request we are more than happy to provide an at home survey at no charge to you. |

On what type of surface should my hot tub be placed? |
| |
Most of our hot tubs come with our unique Forever Floor® which allows the tub to be installed on virtually any surface without site preparation as long as the surface is level. However we will advise you on the exact requirements for your hot tub. |

Is the equipment easily accessible for service and do you keep parts in stock? |

All our tubs come with access panels all around the tub allowing full access for service, maintenance and upgrades, Arctic Spas has a UK based facility which houses a comprehensive store of parts so even if we haven’t a stock on the part required then ordering would take no more than a couple of days. |

Arctic Spas Cymru carries a range of water care products to care for you and your water and will advise you on the use of these through our spa schools and literature. We can also provide additional items to enhance your enjoyment of your hot tub such as aromatherapy which can easily be added to your therapy air system. |

What safety features come with the hot tub? |

When not in use our spa covers come with lockable straps. This prevents any small children entering the spa unsupervised, there are also thermostatic controls that prevent over heating and let you set the temperature to a comfortable level for yourself. |

What can I expect during freezing conditions? |
| |
Our perimeter heat lock system also means protection against freezing in subzero temperatures. If the power to your hot tub is in some way interrupted, heat from the spa will slowly transfer back into the heat locked airspace, protecting the plumbing and equipment from freezing. |

What type of insulation does the hot tub have? |
| |
Every Arctic spa has high density urethane foam to the floor, cabinet walls and the underside of the spa rim, in combination with the sturdy construction this creates an insulated airspace(almost like your own home) and our unique castcore cover with milovac™ makes the cover highly resistant to water saturation, the cover extends down the rim of the cabinet, which guarantees total insulation at the top of the spa, preventing heat loss and safeguarding against the build up of snow and rainwater. |

How much will this hot tub add to my electricity bill? |

Arctic Spas® are built in a way so as to keep wasted heat to a minimum, residual heat lost from pumps motoring etc is transferred to the tub via our unique Heatlock® system, keeping our tubs amongst the most economical in the industry, come see our tub working with the heater disconnected but keeping temperature in our showroom. The cost of running a hot tub is totally dependant on a number of factors, such as how often you use your tub, size of tub and time of year. We can help you cost this out once you have chosen your desired tub. |

What are optional extras? |

There are a number of extras that can be added to our hot tubs from different sound systems available, from Aquatremmor® to wettunes®, ways of treating your water such as the use of Ozone systems, Microban™, Northern Lights® to enhance the enjoyment of your hot tub. |

Accessories are what you may wish to use to enhance your use of your hot tub, we have many accessories available from steps to bars, to gazebos to floating accessories, the list is almost endless. |

With Arctic spas unique forever floor system moving your hot tub couldn’t be easier, whether from one house to another or to a different area of your garden as long as the surface is level it’s no problem and we are always on hand to advise or carry the work out for you. |

The installation of your hot tub can be carried out in very little time at all, the longest time is filling your tub, so installation normally takes only a few hours. |
